Marginal at best

Sadly not up to the quality of a national geographic product developed two decades ago... Warning, this application is not designed to work offline... Sure if you know you are going to be offline you can download a map..
But that is it. The main purpose I have for getting and atlas as a application is to use it when I am not online. I would encourage national geographic to make a true atlas that works on a disconnected device, otherwise why bother. I will likely be looking for a refund on this application.
