Shame on you NG!! The old app was much better Cant zoom much in the new one Poor job, Do not buy this app now, let NG fix it first. Just use google earth:)

This app used to be so much fun and was amazing at zooming in. Now it is confusing, wont zoom very far, and complicated. What a huge loss with the upgrade. I cant even enjoy it anymore because I compare it to what was. Im all for improving things but feel too much was lost. I would love for it to be "improved" back to the previous zoom feature that would take us right down to roads on the ground. What a blast that was! And maybe allow us to choose when the pop up information comes up because sometimes that just gets in the way.

I bought this app years ago and loved it, as I am an avid traveller and like keeping records of where I have been. It is now a useless piece of garbage taking up space on my phone. All of my hundreds of saved pins and descriptions have disappeared and I am unable to re-enter them. It also does not zoom in like it used to, i.e not as much detail and information. This app does way less than my free Google Maps app. Thanks for nothing Nat Geo.

This app has become worse with each update. If you are lucky enough to have an older version dont update. You will instantly delete it afterwards.

I was looking for an app that would aloud me to pin cities to try to figure a travel itinerary, unfortunately, this app will only aloud us to pin countries.....

As a map lover, I was disappointed in what this app has to offer.

Easy to use. Only thing, wish it would be a bit faster when zooming in. Like the different colouring of the executive charts, like the information on the countries. Would be nice to have some distance measuring tools, straight line and circle. Over all great app for a chart love like me.

I have been a fan of National Geographic magazine since I was a child...I have downloaded this app and also other products of theirs. I signed up for several of their newsletters. I clicked on a link in one of their emails and was redirected to a Japanese X rated site...so be very careful about what you do with NGS products and how you use them...especially emails and newsletters. They have apologised, a rather weak apology and offered to remove me from their mailing list...!!!

Why Takeshima and Japanese sea are Korean copy name??? East sea? Where??? I have never heard this name. If National Geographic want sponsored by Japan, change original one, soon. Now, National Geographic technique is Koreans quality.

I was so surprised to see still there is such a fool who believes Korean Lies in the world. Takeshima is land of Japan, not of Korea. Isnt NatGeo a "global" company? Why they dont have global standard? lol Now most of people in the world know 99% of what Koreans say is lie. They insist Lincoln had Korean ancestor lol. According to Korean people, Confucius also came from Korea! Especially they tend to say Japanese products, culture, etc. are from Korea. They say even Sushi, one of typical Japanese traditional foods, has Korean origin lol. Korean are insane and parasites. They have an inferiority complex about their poor culture and lack of what they can be proud of. They are jealous of Japan and other developed countries. Wake up NatGeo! If you continue to put Korean fake names on Takeshima and Japan Sea, the world will put you in the same category as Korean. In short, Liar.
