Please look at the map of Sibiria . You have done 2 mistakes. The region with the capital Barnaul is called Altay Kray not Altay Republik and the next region is called Altay Republik . Please check it.

During last 3 years I collect all cities I visited and now after update all has gone... Болбоёбы!
Provided totally inaccurate and misleading information about countries.
After the app design update, the application constantly crashes on iPhone 4
As you zoom in, distances (eg mountain heights) switch from meters to feet. Clumsy.
This app is really easy to be used and give you quick info regarding the Country you are looking for. The only limit is due the internet connection when you require a real high zoom on the map
Frequently crashes on iPod touch 4G
The application has worsened it needs urgent improvement pins dont save and I lost all the pins I had in the previous version to go further into detail is hopeless
Became less detailed. Terrible The tool to measure distances is not user friendly. You cannot pin one end and search in the map for the second end. It resets the position Maps are not precise. My home position is 50 km wrong and with the wrong name (I live in a mid-size) town No way to set preferences so temperatures are in farenheits only Not clear how to place the pins
Former version was awesome, this is simply crap; impossible to zoom in as much it was before, no possibility to change view type between political/geographical
The zoom level is so ridiculous... Ok you ditched Bing but if you cant provide users the zoom level they expect then partner with Google or anyone else! This version is just a sphere spinning in space...
This app is so great. I love the distance tool and all the information supplied about everything from states, countries, continents, etc. if you could add one thing though, a time zone feature would be really cool so the user can track when its night and day visually on the globe
Every time I forget, and out of habit, open my old fav app, I am reminded that YOU MESSED IT UP! It is beyond comprehension how badly updates have destroyed my favorite app- one I spent so much time with, exploring the world. I could zoom in on tiny, obscure towns to locate places mentioned in books or articles. Or I could use it as a map study, it was so beautifully laid out....even figure the distance between points we planned to travel. SO SAD. Im deleting.
Don’t bother with this app. The quality of maps is abysmal and you have no access to the Archive, even though you pay for it if you also have a print subscription to the magazine. There are other map apps that give you more complete details on countries you may be interested in, so don’t waste memory on this one.
Excellent, but there is an annoying bug with text not being displayed properly (characters get dropped) when scaling. Also, would wish for even more detail. Only shows larger cities. But worth the cost and map quality is great.
I used to like this app for its maps - now this app is WORTHLESS. Why would anyone use it instead of Google? Please bring back the detailed maps - ones that can be used offline.
It is frustrating how you ruined a great App, in my opinion, there is not that many young people downloading your NG Atlas app, as they continue to remain ignorant, most mature people are readers in your app and not all of us have a 20/20 vision, your app has a really small font and includes a soft touch (grey) that makes it even harder to read. The search function is faulty as well. I can bet that your programmers are young people with good vision and too much ignorance than the real world.
Enough said, I miss the zoom in feature, please find of develop this feature.. I need this feature, I paid for this feature..
I hate the new version. I would like to be able to show the pins on the map. I do not know what the national geographic people were thinking when they changed the app. :(
Nat Geo changed this app from a functional, interactive app that brought you from global to street-specific level...then changed into a 1950s level 4th-grade geography textbook. The galling thing is that, after a year of crappy reviews, Nat Geo has done... NOTHING...to respond to the criticism. Arrogant on their part. Dont fall for it. Free apps are MUCH better.
